Care for linen
While it's true that no garment can last forever, there are certainly few steps you can do to ensure its longevity and maintain quality. By taking proper care of your clothing, you can extend its useful life and keep it in good condition.

Washing instructions:

  • Washing temperature: To take care of your clothes, wash them in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C or 86°F.
  • Linen drying: To ensure the sustainability of your linen clothing, we recommend hanging it to dry. If you prefer to iron, we recommend that you do it with the medium height setting. Please be careful while ironing because if it's too hot it can cause a shine to the linen fabric. Alternatively, you can choose a garment steamer using the medium heat.
  • Care of linen: linen tends to absorb water quickly, which leads to the gradual destruction of the fabric fibers. Although regular washing and drying in tumble dryers can make clothes softer, it can also accelerate the wear and tear of clothes. Therefore, if your priority is to preserve the life of your linen piece, dry cleaning is the optimal option.
  • Stain Cleaning: Inevitably, everyday stains will occur. Soak the stained area in cold water for 15 to 30 minutes. Then wash it off with hot water. Check if the stain is gone. Let the fabric dry on it's own. Another option is to use white vinegar. It can brighten clothes, remove stains, prevent unpleasent smells.
Our designed linen clothing is pre-washed, reducing the chance of shrinkage.
Take care of your linen clothing and we are sure it will last a long time!
