Shipping
We send orders with Omniva services in Latvia and the Baltic States. In other European countries, we also use Omniva courier services, in exceptional cases the services of Latvijas Pasts. Our goal is to ensure safe and fast delivery of your purchase.

Returns

We want you to feel great about what we've sent you, so we work hard and carefully to create that experience. If you receive your item and change your mind, we accept returns for full price items if we are notified within fourteen (14) days of you receiving. The item has to be unworn, clean and with the original tag.

Refund
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
You have fourteen (14) days after receiving the item to request a return and refund. Any undamaged items with the original price tag will be accepted for exchange or return.
In the case of a return, you can expect a refund within fourteen (14) days from the time you have returned your order and received our confirmation that the item is of adequate quality. The refund amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs will be added to the price of the order you wish to return. You will also need a proof of the taken purchase.
